MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

PALLMEYER, District Judge.

Six individual plaintiffs have filed this federal securities class action lawsuit on behalf of “all those who purchased” Spie-gel, Inc. stock between February 16, 1999 and June 4, 2002 (the “Class Period”). Spiegel is an international specialty retailer that markets apparel and home furnishings to customers through catalogs, more than 550 specialty retail and outlet stores, and e-commerce sites.
