This is a putative class action against Edwin J. McGuinn, Jr., Vishal Garg, Yariv Katz, and Raza Khan (“Individual Defendants”), all senior executive officers and/or directors of MRU Holdings, Inc. (“MRU” or “the Company”); Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.
