MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD W. ROBERTS, District Judge.
Plaintiffs in this putative class action against a federal employer brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 633a, have moved to join twenty individuals as plaintiffs. In the alternative, the twenty individuals have moved to intervene. In addition, one plaintiff who was dismissed at his own request, Steven C. Syzmanski, has moved to be reinstated.
