Hurless v. Mead Corp.

This is an appeal on questions of law from an order of the Eoss County Common Pleas Court dismissing a workmen’s compensation appeal filed by Eddie L. Hurless, appellant herein. The dismissal was upon the ground that the order at the administrative level was a decision as to extent of disability and not appealable under R. C. 4123.519.
