MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN D. BATES, District Judge.
Before the Court is defendant Hong Vo’s renewed motion [64] for pretrial release, which the government opposes [66]. In June 2013, after conducting a detention hearing, Judge Royce C. Lamberth granted the government’s motion for pretrial detention under 18 U.S.C. § 3142(f)(2)(A) and denied Ms. Vo’s motion for pretrial release. [ECF No. 52]. Judge Lamberth found that it was more likely than not that no conditions of release would reasonably assure Ms. Vo’s appearance at trial, and ordered that she remain in custody. Id. at 5.
