MEMORANDUM OPINION

COLLEEN KOLLAR-KOTELLY, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Paul David Hite’s [186] Motion for an Order Setting Conditions of Release Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3142. Dr. Hite seeks release pending re-trial, arguing that conditions of release can be set that reasonably assure his appearance at re-trial and reasonably assure that he is not a danger to the community.
