Appellant seeks reversal of a magistrate’s pretrial detention order on the grounds that (1) the government did not meet its burden of proving that no condi tion or combination of conditions of release will reasonably assure his appearance at trial and the safety of the community, and (2) his detention on a finding of potential danger to the community is a violation of his substantive due process rights under the Fifth Amendment.
