INTRODUCTION

In this collective and class action, plaintiffs Eric Stiller (“Stiller”) and Joseph Moro (“Moro”) (both, “Plaintiffs”) allege defendant Costco Wholesale Corporation (“Costco”) violated federal and state wage and hour laws through the implementation of closing procedures that resulted in unpaid, off-the-clock (“OTC”) time.
