Plaintiffs Robert Colozzi, Tammy Aiken and Christine Correia, each claiming to be a current or former employee of defendant St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center (“SJHHC”), have commenced this action against that and several other entities, alleged to be “related organizations”, as well as two individual defendants asserting, inter alia, that they have violated the Fan-Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.
