In this diversity ease, Financial Timing Publications, Inc. (Financial Timing) appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment for Compugraphic Corporation (Compugraphic). Financial Timing brought suit in Minnesota state court, alleging negligence, breach of express warranty, breach of implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and fraud against Compugraphic in connection with Compugraphic’s sale of a computerized printing system to Financial Timing’s corporate predecessor.
