INTRODUCTION

Presently before this Court are plaintiffs motion for certification of an order for appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b); defendants’ motions to stay parallel state court proceedings pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2283; and defendants’ motions for entry of final judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 58 or, in the alternative, for entry of partial judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(b).
