MEMORANDUM OPINION
PAYNE, District Judge.
The plaintiff, Amanda Haines (“Haines”), filed this case after resigning from employment with Southern Retailers, Inc. (“Southern Retailers”). She seeks to obtain damages and overtime pay related to her employment as a manager at a Southern Express convenience store.
