For convenience, the parties to this action will be designated as they appeared in the court below.
The record discloses that plaintiff Iva Davis obtained title to certain lands in McClain county by inheritance from her father’s estate, and was at the time of the transfer of title to her lands about 18 years of age; was married and had one child, a very young infant, in arms. Her lands consisted of about 45 acres. Plaintiff was inexperienced in business matters and did not know the value of her land, or any other lands.
