This action was brought to recover damages for the death of plaintiff’s husband who was killed in a collision between an automobile driven by Mm and a locomotive of defendant at the intersection of McNickols (Six Mile) road and defendant’s tracks, in Wayne county. On trial by jury, the questions of defendant’s negligence and plaintiff’s decedent’s contributory negligence were submitted to the jury, resulting in a verdict and judgment for plaintiff.
