TODD, Justice.

David Hoffman was convicted of first degree murder in the brutal slaying of his wife. During interrogation he had implicated his mother who was charged with conspiracy to commit first degree murder. We reversed her conviction in State v. Ulvinen, 313 N.W.2d 425 (Minn.1981).
