OPINION
CORNISH, Bankruptcy Judge.
Glen Fredric Shore (“Shore”) appeals a judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas that applied the collateral estoppel doctrine to a state court judgment and granted partial summary judgment on a dischargeability complaint under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) 1 in favor of McCain Foods USA, Inc. (“McCain”). Shore contends that the collateral estoppel doctrine was wrongfully applied because in the state court proceeding, he did not have a full and fair opportunity to litigate an essential element of the dischargeability complaint.…
