The plaintiffs-appellants filed this action premised on the Fair Labor Standards Act alleging that the City of Columbus, Georgia (“City”) had failed to compensate them for all the overtime hours they worked as employees of the Emergency Medical Services (“EMS”) Division of the Department of Public Safety of the City. The district court granted the City’s motion for summary judgment and the plaintiffs filed this appeal from the final judgment.
