Presently pending before the Court are Defendants’ joint motion to strike the testimony and opinions of Plaintiffs Rule 26(a)(2) expert (doc. no. 32) and individual motions for summary judgment (doc. nos. 33, 37). For the reasons stated below, the motion to strike is DENIED IN PART, but the motions for summary judgment are GRANTED.
