RINER, District Judge.

This was an action at law, brought by the defendant in error, hereafter called the plaintiff, against the St. Louis, Iron Mountain & Southern Railway Company, plaintiff in error, hereafter called the defendant, to recover damages for the death of her husband, alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the defendant. The case was originally brought in the state court, and removed tp the Circuit Court for the Western District of Arkansas by the defendant.
