Affirming.

Charles Vaughan, a brakeman in the employ of the Chesapeake & Ohio Railway Company of Virginia, was knocked from a passing car by the railroad depot shed at Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, and killed. His administratrix brought this action against the Chesapeake & Ohio Railway Company of Kentucky to recover damages for his death. The action was predicated on the latter’s ownership of the depot grounds and the shed in question, and the negligent maintenance of the shed.
