I. History
Defendant Giumarra Vineyards Corporation is a commercial table grape grower based in Kern County. Plaintiffs Santos Valenzuela, Trinidad Ruiz, Marta Rincon de Diaz, Ramon Cervantes Perales, and Hugo Perez Rios are former employees of Defendant. The operative complaint is the first amended complaint, (“FAC”). Doc. 87.
