MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
J. PAUL OETKEN, District Judge:
This is an employment discrimination case brought by Chirag Mandavia (“Plaintiff’) against his former employer Columbia University (“Columbia”) and several of his former colleagues (David Figurski, Yuan Hua, and Angel Tibbs Filsaime). Plaintiff has also sued his erstwhile union, 1199 SEIU, for breach of the duty of fair representation while representing him in his grievance process with Columbia.
