MANION, Circuit Judge.
In 1986, the plaintiff employees brought an age discrimination action against the Trustees of Purdue University and the University itself. The district court granted a motion to dismiss, and the plaintiffs appealed. This court remanded the case to the district court. Although the district court granted partial summary judgment for the defendants, the case proceeded to trial. The jury returned a verdict for the defendants on June 14, 1991.
