The defendants, Alexander J. Sordo and Fred Argilagos, appeal from the judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiff, James Suarez, after a jury trial. The jury found for the plaintiff on count one, sounding in negligence, and awarded damages in the amount of $94,000. It also found for the plaintiff on count two under the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), General Statutes § 42-110a et seq., and the trial court awarded attorney’s fees.
