MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
TRAGER, District Judge:
Plaintiff, Michael Brumer, purchased disability insurance policies from three different insurers, including the movant National Life of Vermont (“NLV”). The three occupational disability policies purchased from NLV provide for benefits to be paid in the event Brumer should become totally or partially disabled.
