OPINION
This appeal involves a clinical psychologist who lost his professional license following a sexual affair with a former patient. Five months after the Board of Examiners in Psychology revoked his license, the psychologist filed a claim with his disability insurance carrier asserting that depression had prompted him to have the affair and had also rendered him unable to practice psychology.
