This is an action for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been suffered from a fall caused by a defective porch floor. Judgment was for defendants and plaintiff appeals.

Plaintiff’s husband was employed by defendants in 1952 and as a part of his employment was furnished a home for himself and family. The original home was supplanted a few months later in the same year by another home in which one of the defendants had lived up to that time.
