Certiorari to review a decision of the commissioner of the department of employment security.

The material facts are not seriously in dispute. Employer-relator is a corporation engaged in the manufacture of electrical and electronic equipment at Waseca, Minnesota. At the times material here it employed about 300 production employees and other clerical help. On March 19, 1953, General Drivers, Helpers, and Inside Employees Union, Local No. 187, AFL, was certified by the National Labor Relations Board as the exclusive bargaining representative for the employees of the company.…
