The complainant’s bill was sustained in the lower Court, and the defendants have appealed. The complainant is a negro woman, about fifty years of age. She alleged that she and Henry Johnson, deceased, had lived together for more than twenty years prior to Henry Johnson’s death, which occurred December 24, 1928. The complainant alleged that she and the deceased had held themselves out as man and wife, and that twenty years prior to Henry’s death she and the deceased had entered into an oral partnership agreement, that they had combined their labors and money into a common fund.
