The bill in this case was filed by Mrs. Ruby Mae Bovay, widow of George B. Bovay, deceased, to enjoin the defendant John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company from paying to Mrs. Mary A. Bovay the proceeds of a life insurance policy for $5000' on the life of George B. Bovay in which the complainant was designated as beneficiary; and to have set aside as fraudulent an attempted designation of the said Mrs. Mary A.
