A. R. Black departed this life November 8,1945. For many years he had owned and operated a 30-acre orange grove near Lindsay in Tulare County. On January 14, 1942, decedent without consideration executed and delivered a quitclaim deed to one Webb conveying to the grantee the entire grove. As part of the same transaction Webb delivered three deeds in joint tenancy reconveying the property in equal parts (a) to decedent and his son Raleigh and the latter’s wife, Doris; (b) to decedent and his son John and (c) to decedent and his son Archie. No consideration was paid for any of the latter deeds.…
