OPINION

MONTEMURO, Justice.

This is an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, denying Appellants request for class certification. For the following reasons, we affirm.

Preliminarily, we must address the issue of whether this appeal is properly before our Court. It is well settled that an appeal may be taken only from final orders, unless otherwise permitted by statute. Pennsylvania Ass’n of Rural and Small Schools v.
