STONE, Circuit Judge.

This -is an appeal from a decree against D. A. McDougal and others, upon an intervention in the action of the United States v. Bessie Wildcat et al.

The main case was a suit by the United States to cancel the allotment to Barney Thlocco, a Creek Indian, of a certain parcel of land. The land in question had become very valuable, because of the discovery of large quantities of gas and oil therein. Pending the suit, and to prevent these minerals from being drained from this property by development of nearby property, the court appointed a receiver, leased this land, and…
