It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously reversed on the law without costs and the matter is remitted to Family Court, Onondaga County, for further proceedings to recalculate the father’s income and child support obligation in accordance with the following memorandum: Petitioner mother commenced this proceeding seeking, inter alia, an upward modification of the child support obligation of respondent father.
