Plaintiff Magliore K. Placide Ayissi Etoh, an African-American male and former employee of the Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”), brings this pro se action against Fannie Mae, Michael J. Williams, Fannie Mae’s President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), and three current or former Fannie Mae employees: Jacqueline K.
