Plaintiff Magloire K. Placide Ayissi-Etoh filed this pro se suit in 2010 against his former employer Fannie Mae and four corporate officers for employment discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation, and defamation. With the case currently set for trial on September 29, 2014, the parties have been given leave to file in limine motions.
