This is an original application for a writ of habeas corpus presented to this court after a denial of an application for such writ by the Honorable Fred Jansonius, Judge of the Fifth Judicial District, wherein the petitioner is confined. It appears from the petition that the petitioner was arrested for violating the state prohibitory law.
