The defendant has appealed from a judgment of conviction of the offense of robbery. (Pen. Code, § 211.) Each of the six counts of the information had reference to the same occasion but in each count a different person was named as the one whose personal property was taken. It was alleged with respect to each count that the appellant had been previously convicted in the District Court of the United States, in and for the Western District of Missouri, of the crime of violation of the Dyer Act, a felony, and that he had served a term of imprisonment therefor in the federal prison, and that he…
