Plaintiff, Kimberly Larsen (“Larsen”), brings this action pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., seeking statutory damages, attorney’s fees and costs. Plaintiff alleges that defendants, JBC Legal Group, P.C., formerly known as JBC & Associates, P.C. (“JBC”), Jack Boyajian (“Boyajian”), Marv Brandon, also known as Marvin Brandon (“Brandon”), and Outsource Recovery Management, Inc.
