ALDRICH, District Judge.
This case comes up for hearing on the return of a temporary restraining order. The plaintiff is a stockholder of the defendant. It seeks to enjoin the continuation of an adjourned stockholders’ meeting, and more particularly the next proposed order of business, which is the announcement of the results of a vote for officers and directors.
