BRUGGINK, Judge.
On April 8, 1998, the Clerk entered judgment in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $1,191,639.24, based on the court’s order of April 3, 1998. Pending is plaintiffs application for attorneys’ fees and expenses under the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d)(1)(A) (1994). Petitioner seeks $174,681.25 in attorneys’ fees, $6.50 in study costs, $12,514.05 in expert witness fees, and $43,902.89 in other expenses.
