The Superior Court of Crisp County granted summary judgment 1 in favor of Blakely Crop Hail, Inc., after finding that John Bullington’s action for crop insurance benefits was untimely. 2 Bull-ington appeals and contends, inter alia, that the trial court erred in ruling that the applicable limitation period was one year from the date Blakely denied his claim and erred in determining the date on which the limitation period began to run. For the reasons that follow, we reverse.
