¶ 1. Petitioner, Hutchinson Technology, Incorporated (HTI), seeks review of a court of appeals' decision, Hutchinson Technology, Inc. v. LIRC, No. 02-3328, unpublished slip op. (Wis. Ct. App. Sep. 18, 2003), affirming the decision of the Labor and Industry Review Commission (LIRC), which concluded that HTI discriminated against Susan Roytek (Roytek) on the basis of her disability.
