OPINION

COLE, Circuit Judge.

Defendants-Appellants are prison employees or officials of the Federal Correctional Institute at Manchester, Kentucky (“FCI-Manchester”), or officials employed by the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”). Plaintiff-Appellee Kevin L. Shehee filed a Bivens suit against the defendants, alleging various violations of his constitutional rights. Defendants now appeal the district court’s denial of their motion to dismiss and/or summary judgment based on qualified immunity. For the reasons that follow, we REVERSE the judgment of the district court and REMAND for further proceedings…
