This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff Norma Gorosh’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff seeks judgment on Count II of a two-count Adversary Complaint. Count II of Plaintiffs Complaint seeks to hold a $112,322.22 debt owed by Defendant/Debtor to Plaintiff nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8). 1 For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiffs Motion is denied.
