MEMORANDUM OPINION
JEFFERY A. DELLER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This adversary action arises out of the Plaintiffs assertion that certain obligations of the Debtor should be deemed exempt from discharge pursuant to various provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 523(a). This Court has jurisdiction over this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and it is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A),(I) and (0).
