THOMPSON, J.

This is an appeal from denials of motions for leave to file a complaint in intervention in each of the subject actions. We affirm the orders of the trial court.

Appellant, Robert Vener, is the owner of 90 percent of the issued and outstanding shares of Continental Vinyl Products Corporation. Continental’s principal business was the manufacture and sale of a laminated vinyl coated plywood.
