I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Karen Burke (“Plaintiff’) brought the instant action against her former employer, Dr. A. Neil Gregory, M.D. (“Gregory”) and his dermatology practice, Upper Hudson Valley Dermatology, P.C. (“UHVD”), (collectively “Defendants”), alleging that she is entitled to additional pay and benefits arising out of their now terminated employment relationship.
