Plaintiff Joseph E. Dister appeals from an October 30,1987 judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Eginton, J.) granting the motion of the defendant The Continental Group, Inc. (Continental) for summary judgment and dismissing plaintiff’s complaint.
