The broad point we have to determine is set forth in appellant’s statement of the “question involved,” thus: “The constitutionality of the act of assembly approved *127May 16, 1913, P. L. 216, known as the Cold Storage Act of 1913, in so far as it limits the. time within which foods (particularly butter) may be held in cold storage, and in so far as it prohibits the sale, or offering for sale, of foods held in cold storage for longer periods of time than those specified in Section 16 of said act.”
